Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• ½ cup butter
• ½ cup white sugar
• ¼ cup packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp baking soda
• to taste hershey's chipits semisweet chocolate chips

Steps

1. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until well combined.
2. Mix in the egg and vanilla.
3. Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda.
4. Mix this dry mix into the wet mix.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Scoop the cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
7. Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
8. Cool slightly.
9. Remove from the baking sheet.
10. Cool fully.
