Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- ½ cup italian breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup butter
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, melt the butter.
- Place the chicken breast in the bowl to coat.
- In another shallow bowl, mix the Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the chicken from the butter bowl to the breadcrumb bowl.
- Roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until coated.
- Place in a greased pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes.
