Space Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup pure cannabis
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 5 tbsp butter
• 1 cup white granulated sugar

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Grease a non-stick baking tray or line with parchment paper.
3. Place butter and sugar in a bowl.
4. Combine till you have a thick batter.
5. Add flour, baking powder, cannabis, and cocoa powder.
6. Combine with small amounts of water at a time until smooth.
7. If adding any additional ingredients, add them now.
8. Using a tablespoon, dollop scoops of batter on the tray, ½ inch apart from each other and sides of the tray.
9. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
10. Allow to bake for 10–20 minutes, until center is cooked.
11. Pricking a toothpick in the center will let you know—if the batter sticks to the pick, it's not ready yet.
12. Remove from oven.
13. Allow to cool.
