Pasta with Hot Dogs

Ingredients

• 200 g pasta
• 300 g hot dogs
• 1 leek
• 1 red bell pepper
• 4 eggs
• 2 dl milk
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper

Steps

1. Boil the pasta according to directions on the package.
2. Drain.
3. Combine the pasta, hot dogs, red pepper, and maize corn in a baking dish.
4. Whisk the eggs and milk together.
5. Season as needed with salt and pepper.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the dry ingredients.
7. Bake everything together in a 200–225°C oven for 25–35 minutes.
